As a management trainee, you will work in a team environment and gain experience in different areas such as water treatment, chemical manufacturing, trading & laboratory services. Watercare is seeking for self-motivated candidates with a high amount of accountability and professionalism who can work under the supervision of department heads, coordinate with other departments, fulfill deadlines and targets, and be willing to take on any challenge offered by the organization.
Requirements
Your qualifications and skills should include good communication skills in Sinhala and English, a pleasant friendly professional demeanor, literacy for emails, literacy for Microsoft packages, ability to coordinate and have interpersonal skills. Possessing educational/professional qualifications will be advantageous. Candidates living within a 10-kilometer radius of Homagama will be given priority.
